No there is not. There is one at castle thats for amy levels 20k req to enter, Otherworld lux shop is for lvl 50+ with 25k req to enter, Theres 2 in carrowmore 1 for lvl 100+ items and other for 150+ items and you have to do an easy quest to enter.
