Just to say i may be wrong i might not be but, if u look at the items he has listed, u can see that most of them either adds skill pts to ice shards or adds dmg to it... If u add up all the skill pts the items add to ice shards, it equals out to be about +45... And if u had a maxed ice shards 40/40....

I can do 15k and that's it! 70k is way to much!
