Hey guys, i cant seem to get fireflight and frostharrow. Is there any tips on making them spawn quicker. The others spawned several times after i killed, but i have yet to see these two. Please help. Thanks!!

Where do i go after i get the weapon? Or do i need full warden to start the upgrade quest?
