well.... finally the admin re-enabled my account, but now i can't get in. And it doesn't recognize my email. Now what?

hello, my account just got disabled. I was playing on the world lugh and suddenly it logs off. when i tried to log in it said that my account was disabled. What can i do now? The character name was NaturesHeal(druid lvl 91) with an heroic ammy equiped. Plz i need help
