Tried everything suggested to stop the crashing and lag, even on lowest graphics settings ingame it looks like a powerpoint and I cant last a minute without the game crashing. The game is unplayable for me now that this update has come out.

About 6k at 210+ should be good, maybe 3/4k ish at your level, depending on gear. Try play around with gear/stats and see how much you get.
