Today as a lvl 50 I have done the winterstave quest 10 times and got red-yellow staves while on my 106 ranger I did quest 4 times and got black stave, white stave, purple stave, sparkling purple stave

what is the second best class for trolling?

At lvl 15 and 20 how much energy does skill: rescue,stinging swarm, grasping roots, natures touch, spring of life use

They shouldn't be able to refund mail as it's controlled by the server and once a mail is sent it's difficult for us to then stop that mail from being processed.
