I used to play this game very actively but then their was an update and when trying to sign in I deleted my main account Mage and lost him... So I quit for many months but now I come back to play again and I want the level 120ish back rather than starting over. Who should I talk to?

I think double is the obvious choice because rapid has much longer cool time and double never misses. But I would still use rapid as level 1 because it still has great dps but each skill point you put in doesn't help much so it's still good at basic and doesn't need any points.
