Loyalty and investments are dandy and all, but if you completely get rid of all new potentially loyal and investing players by not allowing them the chance at end game (taking away lvl lock) then your loyal and investing players wont have new recruits to replace those players that are gone for awhil...

I'd rather have them aim for a date and be late with a good update, instead of say a date, have noobs insist they keep to that date, and the event sux
