On gwydion I know there is one white(maybe 2) and there is 3/4 maybe more black coats.

Personally I think shop dagger is better, yea sure u might get a little more from autos but some skills will cast slower and you cannot use sneaky(which is amazing because it cannot be evaded). Have you tried telling them to remove your quest and then do the quest all over again? (I don't know if this works, I've just heard from some players).
