When it says touch to play it shows a blank box and says world, but none to select, I'm from the world of balor and can't understand why I cannot login, Thank you for your time and goodbye.

I can't even access the game, pulls on a menu on all of my accounts ,blank box with no worlds in it when it says touch to play

I'd love to buy hero ammy soon just need to sell some stuff
