What is the proc chance for the godly reaper?

And is it only one per world? (for imperial and godly reapers)

Seeing that the paragraphs about this mount (nightwing) did not say you bought them at traders how do you get them?

The broblem is the skill is 29/25
and says it can do 1400 dmg but it only does 400-600

Could someone tell me why you find dexterity in the skill menu
you tap on the skill
it comes up with something like this:
energy cost 32
stats : dexterity
type of dmg : weakening attack evasion
why is dexterity there?
