DO NOT MAKE THIS CHANGE TO SNEAK ATTACK!!!!! Wow i dont even believe this is even being considered??? Anyone, in any class, can Kill Steal with either straight out high melee damage, or skill damage. Sneak attack is the only skill that makes the Rogue class not completely useless. I go by Soalreaver...
