you have been 'camping' stonvale? If wisps didnt die then one of the quest wisps could not have spawned. If you havent been farming wisps you should start it will incease the chances of quest wisp spawns.

i think you should put some points on dexterity since it increaces your defence and attack, attack is what can help you hit more common

I like shatter mostly because its a great skill idea but in the long run it isn't very useful, at 30/30 it only allows you to do about 100 extra damage and the fact that it only lasts 10 seconds doesn't make it any better. Im not sure if im right, in my opinion damage is how much damage you do per hit this means the higher your damage is the bigger the hit will be. And attack means how accurate/often your will hit the mob, meaning that if you have low attack your more likely to hit a 0 on a mob rather then your max hit.

In Morrigan we have four people with full meteoric

Also three people who are the Chest piece away from full which are Masiv (me a Warrior), Desk (Rogue), Draz (Mage)
