I have sent in game support tickets and emails to both appeals and support with no response for 2 weeks or more I forgot my password from a long time ago and I sent all the details needed but no responses at all! Sorry if I'm complaining I'm just hoping an admin can look into this! Thanks!

Hey forums, sorry if I'm putting this in the wrong spot or if this question has already been answered, I'm new to this :D . I emailed support@onethumbmobile.com about recovering my account on 10/10/14 , but still no response.. can someone confirm that this is even celtic's email? I haven't seen much...
