Ok guys i got 2 responds from support since 28th april 17:55! I pmed muldar i dont know if he flaged it up to support or something like that and yes i am bloodkiller from arawn (the Real one) many people may not like me well i can tell u something im really pissed as you guys are and in done.

Ok it has been 10 days and no answer about my lost account gave every details but they decided to not respond anymore ...

Back in the office now (Most of us) but Support now have to go through tickets and emails received at the weekend so there may be a bit of a delay.
