I sent the mail to [email protected] or whatever it is and it's been way over a month since I have been replied to. I'll be willing to send another if y'all can get back to me asap

2-3 months ago I mailed support about my disabled account. They mailed back wanting information as they do with every banned account. I mailed back the info they needed. I've been waiting ever since then and never got a reply from OTM.

One more thing, does anybody know how appeals will contact me if they ever reply? Just wanna know if it would be by email. Ty

iPod touch 4th gen. OS 6.1.6.
The new update is terrible for my device, as far as I can get is to the character selection screen and from there I will crash.
Fix it ASAP please.
