One day while i was playing i dont know why but i bought a golden quiver of fire, i wanted to get my money back for it and it took support THREE DAYS to respond to me, only to tell me that they cannot refund it.

If someone could please refund my quiver id appreciate it.

Hello one thumb mobile. I was wondering why i cannot log into my main server anymore. One day my account wouldn't log into a server so i made another account to test if the servers were down. I am worried and wondering why this is suddenly happening.
Please let me know if you can fix it.
