Been seeing a lot of people blasting bosses/mobs with skills/spells before the tank is able to build up enough aggro, and they wonder why they're the first to res/ley lol. Do mobs just go after whomever is doing the most dmg? or does aggro actually build as the fight progresses? sorry for my ignoran...
