I found one last night lvl40 dropped 298 by Quigley in Castle

I bought the ammy and ya everything in this game hits at like 65perc-100perc of actual rating from your auto att to all your skill attacks. the ammy is super overpowered and OTM seems to be obsoleting a lot of raid drops with there 1uping of lux every event.

vulture is right you want to be able to go from mob to mob with little down time.lifesteal and energy regen be your best friend

Terminator is 227 if im not mistaken btw. and it is possible to lvl on 220 mobs to achieve 230 just saying. and iv'e seen the mobs on the current live floors and would still promote the same build.
