Has anyone else had a problem with starspell not spawning? I've tried for 2 straight days with regularly killing ph but no spawn for an alt. I used to always see starspell too until update then no more. Just wondering if I am havin bad luck or there was a bug. Thanks

I thought there already clan/served agreement all edl is class roll. I also thought it was agreed you can only roll for your OWN alts if they are within the right lvl for the edl drop.
