I tried what both of you guys said to do still won't work it let me get in the game making a new account but not mine

Tried to log on to my existing account an yeah it was from a fresh install I've tried everything I could think about for it to work

I updated it an it's still doin it

Every time I try to log in it stays on the loading game screen I tried re starting my phone deleting the game an re downloading it. pretty much nothing is working. I play on my iPhone 5s. Need help!
