Hi, I went in and double checked the action on your account and fixed the error that was occuring.
If your character is still freezing please let me know and sorry for the deley in time. I had thought my previous fix had worked.

Hi there it is also stated that accounts can be disabled without any warnings. Account selling/sharing is one such occassion this will happen.

Please await on appeals to get back in touch with you, if you have sent in an appeal as they are the ones who deal with account issues not support.

Sharing accounts is against terms of service.
