Buying and Selling accounts should be illegal, but sharing accounts? The phrase "You cannot share accounts" has so many loop holes and even if it is a rule... Do you REALLY expect their to be a punishment? I think sharing accounts is a good tool but can sometimes be extremely over powered...

Admin - any future in getting an all PVP server? Many games have them and i find them to be frustratingly exciting. It would also make the Boss kill steal fight a bit more difficult if someone was allowed to hack away at you while you were trying to kill Aggy.
