one question about devine damage

does this damage also boost ur normal damage and work on normal mobs but more effective on chaos mobs?

Or does devine damage do nothing on non chaos mobs?

And same with chaos resistance.

If ur using an axe or blunt dont use dbl attack. Use Rupture its much better
