1) AFAIK offhand weapons are not related to weapon ability, so any class can use any offhand.
2) Vigour ring adds points to your vigour ability, please check under your abilities tab.
3) I don't think daily/weekly quests were implemented already.

Tea, sorry to hear that, I just checked forum on phone and my ss really doesn't show on mobile device. But if you check forum on computer, ss is showing, so maybe you could reconsider your results.

From your list you can sell everything to vendor except connacht copper ingot. It's for druid meteoric greaves upgrade.
