My download on my note 5 looks just like the screenshot from above with only x/20.92mb
And this screenshot is downloading the full file from the playstore on bluestacks.

I have the same problem on my Note 5. Plenty of space. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Have cleared the cache/data several times.
