Celtic Heroes

Being a 78 Druid in the otherworld it's next to impossible to get a kill without constantly buffing yourself in a fight, even against a level 80 one star evil eye. I like that they're more challenging, they're just a bit too challenging. If I don't buff I take three hits and I'm dead.

Golden focus of rejuvination
Heroic amulet of rejuv (or energy since you can heal yourself)
Heroic gloves of haste
Icelord Totem
If you use your item for other accounts I would suggest replacing the golden focus with a golden bodkin of spirits.

Pure focus it is.
