Yeah the appeals/support system in this game is complete trash, I think they just get on 1 hour a week and send out a mass copy and paste to every case of them requesting that info and then get back for another hour next week lol. Don't think they actually read the content of the email.

Any admin able to check the emails or direct an appeals team member of my information. I am even able to provide them with the user/current registered email and exact password currently on the account. Just need help cuz they haven’t replied in forever please
