Unable to use them.
Kinda uber bummed.

Lure of Magic is for Mages.....
WARD of Magic is for druids.
Lure of asassins is NOT for rangers lol.
All lures are mage skills. Wards are druids.

My best guess is that it would help for weapons that deal Magic Damage (wands/ soon to come Magic offhand sword)
Not really sure though.
Since besides wands that actually show -magic damage:___- we dont really know what else deals magic dmg
