The toon was banned, when I recovered it the toon was deleted, Maybe if they even cared to help... Instead of giving me attitude

Hello vr, my toon “Velocityy” from the world rosmerta was missing after a ban of 4 months. I happen to log toon and it is gone, it is level 210 with full edl, dL weps... please help me!
