Yeah - I have tried talking to Piranus the Mad - he does not give me the quest. I'm thinking there is some other quest I have to complete before I can get the one from Pyranus the Mad? Thanks so much - - -

Help - im lvl 82 and cannot get otherworld quest. Is there something I have to complete before I can get this quest?
