I still haven’t received an email reply from support or anything on the forums now? What can I do to fix this issue?

I have contacted them and haven’t received a reply

I’ve had an account Conflict message and am unable to login to my account. It’s been maybe 5-6 months since I last logged in to this account so I don’t remember what level my toon was or even the name of my toon. I know my username is [removed] and it was on Rhiannon.
