about to be 4 days now and support still did not respond yet

how long does it usually take for support to reply? it has been 2 days now, still no response.

I always put remember password so whenever i open celtic heroes i just click continue, but suddenly it says wrong pass or user, i tried changing password with email, it says my email is wrong too? Please help!! i've already wrote to support on another acc, no response yet, but any ideas on what migh...
