The word bound only means that you wont be able to trade it, its a NO TRADE item either way so it doesn't really matter if it bounds or not. Just because it says it will be bound doesn't mean it will be unequipable. Don't worry you can equip and unequip it like any other item

Does anyone know if the taunting bloom ring skill works every time? Or if its just like a boosted taunt skill. Any comparisons to how effective it is to a lvl1 taunt? I've never used one and am looking to buy one but I wanted to know how effective the skill is first. I'm a warrior btw
