No I'm saying the account is linked to the email address I used to message support..

I thought I put details I'll resend another email but is it possible for you guys to see that my email address is linked to the account I'm requesting for... and if I wasn't clear I'm just looking to get my login user no password reset or anything

On average how long does it take support to get back to your emails for account recovery issues it has been about four days and still no word...
