I am curious on the setup some of you are using for End Game Melee builds. I have given it a couple tries but it has always been a big flop for me.
What gear, stats and skills are you using. Is it actually viable dps or just for fun.

Some quick maths show that a Meteoric totem with 150 STR and 1500 Totem ability will out damage this.

I like it expect for 1 flaw. SInce the only damage is Elemental, its gets 0 bonus from Strength and Totem ability. You will never do more that 300 regardless of how much ability and str you have which is a shame. Same goes for CG totems as well

You can always take advantage of Winds as well. Either Up your defense or lower their attack. Same effect. I prefer defense for multiple mobs and Winds for singles.

Defense is the answer. With enough defense you can cast through any amount of beatings. I have even off-tanked for Prot.

Root is OP if it sticks. Root, then stack bees and vines then LS...rinse repeat. When root breaks..Sanc and anything else with a shield (preceptor neck) will usually let you survive till Root refreshes.
