Tbh from what I've seen regen gears don't actually play a large factor in the field. Just regen lix and use restos. If you really want to use regen gear you're gonna lose dps- I would stick with lux runic neck and attk/dmg gear for tower. Yeah, true indeed I noticed that today. I did buy them rings...
