It has been a week of dead air. No email reply has been sent. What further action can I take or do I just keep waiting?

I have completed another offer for Fyber. It was the Game of War "upgrade your HQ to level 15" offer for 900 odd platinum.
The wait time was 22 hours.
It has been two days.
Still haven't received a single thing for either of my offers I have completed.

I still haven't heard back from anyone despite sending multiple requests. Not a thing. Will still hold out for more info though. It can't hurt to keep checking.

Fyber, one of the big three currently advertising their offers on the iOS platform does not have a workable support service.
