It's been THREE MONTHS since I completed the free plat offer. I've tried to contact Fyber but get an auto-generated response telling me to do something that is impossible to do. So I did what Muldar asked and emailed screenshots to support@onethumbmobile.com proving I completed it. Still NOTHING. WH...

It's been two weeks, still no reply from OTM. Any ETA you can give would be much appreciated.

It's been over a month since I completed the Mobile Strike lvl 15 offer for 1153 free plat. The support section of Fyber's free plat says I completed it, I have a screenshot. I've emailed OTM support and Fyber support multiple times for help, but no response. OTM if you're listening can you pls help...
