I have a question, there is a penalty for Lower Player duels to higher lvl Mod, the question is, why there isnt the thing on contract that Lower lvl Mod has a penalty with higher lvl player? Even low lvl player vs High lvl player? Is it cooler?

Its really true, there is a Spot that u can AFK with strong Mods and training your ability, really cool. wow !
