Well at Lir, you see a clan full of driuds, a solo boss with druid and a team full of druid with one tank.

Does anyone know how fast a tick is and the base regen of health, energy and concentration? Also, how fast is a fire ball if one has a cooldown item. I know it exist somewhere in the game.

I don’t think you understand lol. The dkp system is self implemented by clans not something they need to implement in game.
