I keep trying to contact support about my account retrieval but they aren’t responding...

What is “YOURUSERNAME” used for? Also I’ve still received no reply from support.

I emailed support Wednesday about recovering my account because my username and password weren’t working after you deconflicted my account, but I still haven’t received a response. Please help.

This is an android account but can I log in on iPhone too?
