Update- they’re currently working on it and have made some progress you can now log in and see that the servers are down instead of just no hints. It’s not much but it’s a sign they’re making progress atleast lol maybe an hour or two left?

It's a server issue, the OTM team is working on fixing it. It looks like it was caused by daylight savings time in the US, where the login servers are hosted.
