Why is support replying to those that send the tickets recently and not the ones that send earlier?

They not responding to everyone's ticket and emails. I have waited for almost 3 weeks

if support can reply to our posts on forums so fast i hope you guys can reply to our emails and tickets faster.

yes this is too long, hope support can clear the emails and tickets by this sunday because i am wondering if my email was getting ignored.

Support needs to speed up, can't seem to get any replies from the support whether I sent an in-game ticket or through email.

Firstly I'm not friends with this kind of person. You guys should be glad I'm informing you this since you guys hate scammers like Dualblades so much.

Also Tantalas and Grablon let me in groups for boss fights sometimes but it's mainly Traxex that helps me in the group.
