Yes I've cleared both if I start another account it will load the first time then when I try to log back in stuck in the loading screen again

Didn't have this problem in the past so not sure why now I have Deleted and reinstalled and samething

I'm new to this game I havent got to play much yet not sure what is going on won't load anymore I've got it to load a couple times and never would again ive been struggling for days to fix plz hel.p.. I have Deleted and reinstalled I have tried just the casch still just loading Character names BLACK...
