I contacted them two days ago.... No reply your support team need to wake up the amount of people that buy plat you'd think you could employ enough staff to deal with these matters I'm missing double xp and plat so I hope there going to consider that and do something about it...

Telling me that my account is conflicted and it needs changed but gives me no option?
