Hi, once I logged on through Facebook, my account shows zero toon there and let’s me creat new toon. Where are my toons on my account? Please help! Urgent!!

@Difinitus, I have emailed to support and send in game ticket for this issue with no response for a few days. I bounded a wrong Facebook account that needs to be unlinked and let me use login ID and password to log on. Please help for this issue in regard with logging info process.
