Given the choices i would go with distract for sure. I wouldn't put more than 10-15 points in it though. If i need to cast it continuously just to stay alive then i need a better tank.

I have tanked ythair on rogue.. And props to ya for that ;) I think that with the right build, rogues can make good tanks in certain situations. I have no doubt that you can stay alive for an entire pyrus fight. If stacked with enough vitality, rogues can be a damage sink for most any boss. The downside to being a rouge tank is holding aggro.
