Anyway is a full dragon suit required to activate the offhand quest?

We spread the drops/armors around for the Rogue class so we are unable to check if a full suit + weapon is required to activate this quest.

On the way from Tribal Tunnels Leystone to the 160/165 Boss locations. There is a section during that path that causes the game to crash. Its a continuous loop that we cannot get out of.
