Two more question though XD. Are warriors supposed to max taunt or stop at a certain level? What about rogues, should they max or stop?

Lets say a warrior tank is tanking a boss and a druid is healin him. There is also a dps rogue in the group. Obviously the rogue does the most damage. How come the boss doesn't attack the rogue? Exactly what determines who the boss attacks? Is this also same for 1 or 2 star mobs?
